At Wicked Superstore, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the nature of the products we sell, all sales are considered final. Please review our policy below:

No Refunds – All Sales Final
We do not offer refunds on any products sold. This includes, but is not limited to:

Tobacco products
-
Vape devices and e-liquids
-
Glassware (pipes, water pipes, etc.)

Rolling papers, wraps, and accessories
-
Any consumable items

Exchanges for Defective Items
While we do not offer refunds, we may provide an exchange for defective non-consumable items within 7 days of the original purchase, under the following conditions:

You must present a valid receipt.

The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and deemed defective by staff inspection.

Exchanges will be made for the same item or store credit at our discretion.

No exchanges will be accepted on used, damaged (by customer), or tampered items.

Damaged Items
If an item is visibly damaged at the time of purchase, please inform a staff member immediately. Once the product leaves the store, we are not responsible for damage caused during transport, handling, or use.

Manufacturer Warranties
Some products may be covered under a manufacturer’s warranty. If so:

Please contact the manufacturer directly for replacement or repair.

Wicked Superstore does not process warranty claims on behalf of manufacturers.

Exceptions
We reserve the right to make exceptions to this policy in rare circumstances and at management’s sole discretion.
